IMPORTANT NOTE:>> This is a three bedroom home but ONLY ONE BEDROOM is available with a Queen bed

You have the ENTIRE HOME to yourself but only access to one of the bedrooms.
Shed and basement not accessible as they are the owner's domain.

Each bedroom has Fire TV (six tv's throughout the home), high speed Wifi, an amazing cinema room loft area with a full wet bar and spa-like shower, three other full bathrooms and one has a hot wet sauna (add eucalyptus for sensory overload), office space, workout space with a Hydro Row machines and Spin bike, nice sized kitchen.

* Clean-up requirement: Guest is responsible for their own clean-up. Washing sheets and towels and cleaning all the areas they used.
OR, apply a $95 cleaning fee to the rate and our cleaning person will take care of the above for you.

The rental fees includes all utilities and TV and Wifi >>> free parking right outside the front or back door.
